Neighborhood BusinessWorks grant was used by the Carroll County Arts Council to restore a 1937 art deco theater into the first performing arts venue in Westminster, an emerging cultural heritage and arts destination. The refurbished building is now home to a 263-seat theater, the Tevis Art Gallery, two classrooms and the offices of the Carroll County Arts Council.
