 The City of Havre de
Grace used their Local Government Infrastructure Bond
Financing Loans, totaling $2.5 million, to help design, build and
maintain the city’s infrastructure and facilities. Activities include:
maintaining 70 miles of streets, lanes and associated storm water collection
systems; street sweeping; snow plowing; removing downed trees and large limbs;
landscaping public parks and maintaining playgrounds and equipment; supporting
local organizations during the city’s 37 major special events; and providing
support for the Harford Memorial Hospital.
