WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
Catalyst is open statewide to any entity submitting a funding application to Maryland's Department of Housing and Community Development. The program is also open to various partners dedicated to strengthening Maryland's neighborhoods, including:
  • Existing community-based nonprofits
  • Individuals or organizations starting a business or community development nonprofit
  • Local governments
  • For-profit developers
